Your 14-Day Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Law)

Under EU law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase for any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision via email or our contact form before the 14-day period expires.

Conditions for Returns Under Right of Withdrawal

  • Items must be returned in unused and resalable condition, with original tags and packaging.

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • We are entitled to deduct from the refund an amount equal to the diminished value of the goods if they have been handled in a way beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

 

Refunds for Withdrawal Returns

We will process the refund for the product price within 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods. We cannot refund the original shipping costs for change of mind returns.

 

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items (Your Legal Rights)

EU law provides a 2-year legal guarantee that goods must be free of manufacturing faults at the time of delivery.

This guarantee covers:

  • Major printing errors or misprints.

  • Manufacturing defects (e.g., torn seams on arrival, cracked mug handles).

  • Receiving an incorrect item (wrong design, color, or size).

This guarantee does not cover damage resulting from accident, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

To Report a Faulty Item:
Contact us as soon as possible after discovering the fault and provide:

  1. Your order number.

  2. Clear photos or a video showing the issue.

We will respond promptly and arrange a replacement or full refund (including shipping costs) for any verified faults.

Important Limitations

  • We cannot accept returns for wrong size choices if the item has been used or washed.

  • Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of intimate items (e.g., underwear) that have been unsealed.

Lost Packages & Shipping Issues

  • Contact us if your tracking information has not updated for 10+ business days.

  • We will investigate with the shipping carrier.

  • If the package is declared lost, we will offer a replacement or full refund.

  • For packages returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, reshipping costs will apply.

 

General Refund Information

Refunds are processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5-30 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we have approved it.
