Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with us! We’re excited for you to receive your new products. As our products are custom-made just for you, please take a moment to read our shipping policy to understand how our process works.
1. Production and Fulfillment
Every product is made-to-order. Our designs are created in-house. Production and fulfillment are handled by Printful, our print-on-demand manufacturing partner. After you place an order, production begins immediately, with typical production time of 2-5 business days plus carrier shipping. This process helps us reduce waste and offer a wide range of designs.
Once production is complete, your order will be shipped and you will receive a tracking number via email.
2. Shipping Rates and Methods
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout, based on your location and the total weight of your order. You can find more details on estimated shipping costs and times on our fulfillment partner’s website.

3. Order Tracking
You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking information once your order has been shipped. If you have created an account, you can also log in to your dashboard to track your order history and view its status.
4. International Orders (Customs & Duties)
For all international orders, you may be responsible for additional costs that are out of our control.
- Customs, Duties, & Taxes: Orders shipped to international destinations may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
5. Shipping Delays
Shipping carriers may experience delays due to a number of factors, including extreme weather conditions, holidays, or unforeseen carrier backlogs. We are not responsible for delays caused by these circumstances. If your tracking has not updated, please contact us so we can investigate the issue.
6. Incorrect Address
If your package is returned to us due to an insufficient address, an incorrect address provided by you, or if it remains unclaimed at a postal facility, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipment. We will contact you to confirm the updated address and arrange for the package to be sent out again.
